We gather once again to remember our inherent worth, our capacity for evolving and transforming ourselves, because we are our best teachers.

We will move and ignite the intelligence of our bodies, surrender to the wisdom from our bones, and with curiosity meet our stagnation and offer grace and tenderness.

Breathwork is a purely experiential event. The adventure can be a completely different flavor each time you experience it and it is different for everyone, so it is almost impossible to describe. Breathwork is one of those things that you have to experience yourself. The potency of your breath is a powerful way to transmute and nurture your nervous system and replenish your resilience.

During and after the breathwork process, I will be playing the gong, I will use my voice and the singing bowls.

Our ceremony will be a combination of embodiment practices, breathwork and sound bath.

Celeste will then get you prepared for breathwork by offering the context and theory of the practice so that you have a complete understanding and comfort with the process. After the active breathing, each of you will get to integrate the experience. Your experience will be unique to you. This integration is accomplished by receiving the healing frequencies of the the gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
