Celeste (Seh-les-té) creates compassionate, shame free spaces where transformation can happen in real time. Her work weaves breathwork, shamanic healing, movement, sacred touch, coaching, and somatic healing into experiences that honor the whole person.

The work is body centered and experiential. You will not be asked to perform, perfect or become someone else, only to meet yourself with honesty and tenderness.
